I value people over everything. I believe the success of a team is directly proportional to its unity and strength as a group. They say ideas are easy but execution is difficult and I believe that’s why having solid teams that are aligned towards a common goal is a prerequisite to excellence. To me, a strong team is one where team members support each other, where everyone’s perspective is valued, where they’re comfortable challenging each other and their differences are seen as strengths.

My strengths are primarily in having and encouraging an inquisitive mindset, creating a work-life balance that allows ideas to be explored and experimented upon, encouraging creative thinking, and authenticity. These strengths are both my own and what I work to instill in my teams.
